Montague station |
Montague is a light rail station operated by Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA). This station is served by VTA's Alum Rock–Santa Teresa line.
The station opened in 2004 as part of the second phase of VTA's Tasman East light rail extension.[1]
Location
Montague station is located in the median of East Capitol Avenue, just south of Montague Expressway in Milpitas, California.

Connecting transit
There are no bus connections at this station.
VTA Bus Route 59, which previously served this station, was discontinued on January 14, 2008 as a result of updates to VTA bus service.
Future BART station
Montague station is planned as a future transfer point between VTA light rail and BART as part of the BART San Jose extension project.
