Mongoloid refers to populations that share certain phenotypic traits common in most of Asia, the Arctic, the Americas and most of the Pacific Islands.
Mongoloid may also refer to:
- Mongoloid fold, skin fold of the upper eyelid, covering the inner corner (medial canthus) of the eye
- Mongoloid idiot, previously used to refer to people with Down's syndrome – now a pejorative term
