Mitsuru Hattori (はっとりみつる Hattori Mitsuru) is a Japanese manga artist born in Toba, Mie Prefecture on October 8, 1977.[1] He is best known for his works Kenkō Zenrakei Suieibu Umishō and Sankarea, both of which were turned into TV anime series.
