Mister International 2011, the 6th edition of the Mister International pageant, held at Patravadi Theatre in The Garden, Bangkok, Thailand[1] on December 17, 2011. 33 contestants competed for the title. Ryan Terry of Great Britain crowned Cesar Curti from Brazil as his successor.

Historical significance
- For the first time Mister International used the Top 16 semifinalists format in final night.
- Brazil won for the second time and now hold the most Mister International titles.
- Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, and Venezuela placed the year before.
- Brazil and Indonesia placed in the top 5 previous year.
- Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Slovak Republic and Sweden placed for the first time.
- Slovenia and Vietnam last placed in 2009.
- Korea last placed in 2007, when Korea got their highest placement by Oh Jong Sung as 1st Runner-up.
- Sri Lanka last placed 2006.
- Venezuela placed for the six consecutive time holding the longest streak.
- Indonesia has placed for the fifth consecutive time.
- Nigeria is the only African country to make the semi-finals.
- Vietnam had its best finish since Ngô Tiến Đoàn won Mister International 2008.
- Thailand won Best National Costume for the first time.
- Portugal won Mister Congeniality for the first time.
- Sweden won Mister Photogenic and Best Body for the first time. Sweden was the second country to get two major awards in Mister International pageant. Last time it happened in 2008, when Li Chi Hsiang of Taiwan who got Best National Costume and Mister Photogenic awards.
- The host delegate, Direk Sindamrongsi of Thailand, failed to place in the semifinals. This the second time that the host delegate failed to place, last time was in 2007 - Adib Bin Othman of Malaysia.
- Czech Republic placed 2nd, Colombia placed 15th, Denmark placed 12th, Indonesia placed 3rd, Mexico placed 6th, Nigeria placed 11th, Norway placed 13th, Slovak Republic placed 10th, and Sweden placed 5th reaching their highest placement.
Contestants Notes
- Brazil: César Curti and his best friend Daniel Belém won the fourth season of the Latin American version of The Amazing Race on December 23, 2012.
- Canada: Ron Wear competed in Mister World 2010. Ron has a role in the upcoming film Superman Man of Steel.
- Mexico: Sergio Felipe Meléndez had leaked photos of him kissing another man a week before the pageant but this incident didn't affect his performance as he place as a finalist in the top 10 and won Mister Most Popular Man award.[6]
- USA: Rhonee Rojas competed in Manhunt International 2011(represented Hawaii, USA) and placed as semifinalist. In 2012, he represented Hawaii at Mister Universe Model but unplaced.
Other Notes
- Thailand hosted Mister International pageant for first time, and Thailand became the fourth country in Southeast Asia which held Mister International pageant after Singapore in 2006, Malaysia in 2007, and Indonesia in 2010.
- Singapore withdrew from Mister International pageant for first time, whereas the center of Mister International Organization as a founder of the Mister International pageant is located in Singapore.
- Prior to the final competition, Žan Cvet of Slovenia, Fhrancis Oliver Lopez of Philippines, Steven Yoswara of Indonesia and Ji Sung Oh of Korea were chosen by Haruehun Airry for a fashion shoot on Attitude Magazine Thailand.[7][8]
