Milford Academy is a post-secondary school founded in 1916 in Milford, Connecticut as Yale Preparatory School. The school has been located in New Berlin, New York since 2004. Although founded as a preparatory school, its current focus is as a school for athletes who have the potential to play sports at the collegiate level, but are not yet academically ready.
The Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame Room is dedicated to former students of Milford Academy and is filled with their photos and memorabilia. If a former student is drafted or is signed by a professional team, his photo will be enshrined in the Milford Academy Hall of Fame. The football office has pictures of many Division I-A & I-AA football players that have played at Milford Academy.
