Mencari Hilal (International: The Crescent Moon) is an Indonesian drama-religious film was released on July 15, 2015, and directed by Ismail Basbeth. The film had starred by Deddy Sutomo, Oka Antara, Torro Margens and Erythrina Baskoro.
It is a fewest number of viewers and the lowest in the history of Indonesian cinema. Due to failed commercially, the film is able to enter into Asia Future program at the Tokyo International Film Festival in Japan in 2015.
The drama film had some nominated in several annual awards, such as Favorite Film at the 2015 Indonesian Movie Awards, Best Feature Film at the 2015 Maya Awards, Best Film at the 2015 Indonesian Film Festival.
