Mats Erik Johansson, born in 1951, journalist living in Stockholm Sweden, is a Swedish politician of the Moderate Party. He has been a member of the Riksdag since 2006, Delegate in the Foreign Affairs Committee, The War Delegation

Delegate to The Parliamentary Assembly of The Council of Europe (PACE) Standing Rapporteur on Media Freedom, PACE Member of the Board of The Public Service Companies Owner Foundation Chairman and founder of Stockholm Free World Forum, a foreign policy think-tank
