Mateos Toçi (born 16 May 1993 in Elbasan) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays for Bylis Ballsh in the Albanian Superliga.[1][2]
Career
He left his hometown club KF Elbasani following their relegation from the Albanian Superliga and joined newly promoted side Bylis Ballsh on a three-year contract in July 2015.[3]
