Mary Ann Owens

Mary Ann Owens (24 June 1928 – 21 November 2005) was an American philatelist who was added to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1993.[1]

Owens specialises in topical collecting and won the Luff Award for outstanding service to philately in 1991.
