Martin Stropnický (born 19 December 1956, Prague) is a Czech politician, actor, songwriter, author, and director. Since 2014 he has been Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic in the current Cabinet of Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka. From 2 February 1998 to 22 July 1998 he also served as Minister of Culture.[1]
