Marshall M. Sloane

Marshall M. Sloane (born circa 1926)[1] is the Founder and from 1972 until 2005, the Chairman of the Board of Century Bancorp.[2] In 1968, Sloane founded Century Bank and is its Chairman. He is a Trustee of Boston University,[3] his alma mater.[4] In 2007, he stepped down as "Chair of Boston University School of Dental Medicine Board of Visitors after 17 years."[5]

Sloane was awarded the Boy Scouts of America's Silver Buffalo Award. [6] Sloane serves on the BSA National Executive Board, the organization's governing board.
