The Marathon Group is an Indian real estate development corporation, established in 1969 by Ramniklal Shah, Founder & Chairman.[1]
The group has developed over 70 projects with a built-up area of over 2,000,000 sq ft (190,000 m2). Its ongoing projects, worth over 1 billion USD, are likely to create over 8 million sq. ft. in Mumbai in next few years and tied up land bank in Mumbai Metropolitan Region of around 1000 acres. The group has developed many high-rise residences and Corporate & IT parks in and around Mumbai.[2]
