Lucia Castiglioni (born 28 May 1998 in San Marino) is a Sammarinese individual rhythmic gymnast, living in Borgo Maggiore. She represents her nation at international competitions. She competed at world championships, including at the 2014 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and 2015 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.[1]
Castiglioni started doing gymnastics in 2005.
