Love Sick: The Series (Thai: รักวุ่น วัยรุ่นแสบ), is a 2014 Thai LGBT drama directed by Andy and starring Phumphothingam Nawat, Kongyingyong Chonlathorn, Luangsodsai Anupart, Chindavanich Primrose, Charnmanoon Pannin and Paisarnkulwong Vachiravit. It was filmed primarily in Thailand.
The drama is based on an online novel named: "Love Sick: The Chaotic Lives of Blue Shorts Guys".
The series was ordered for a 2nd season[1] with 36 episodes, up from 12 episodes in the first series.[2]
Plot
Phun has a girlfriend, however his father wanted him to date one of his friend's daughter, so in order to break the deal, Phun engages his younger sister Pang, who is obsessed with Boys Love, in convincing their father that actually Phun has a boyfriend so the idea of him dating his father's friend daughter will end. In order to succeed, Phun enlist the help of Noh, whom needed help in paying for the club drum sets which he purchased for the school's annual football event, however several events lead to one another, the two 17-year-old high school students falls in love.
