The Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters softball team represents Louisiana Tech University in NCAA Division I college softball. The team participates in Conference USA. They are currently coached by head coach Mark Montgomery. They play home games at the Lady Techster Softball Complex. The Lady Techsters have made nine NCAA Tournament appearances and have advanced to the Women's College World Series three times.
