List of Prime Ministers of Israel by longevity
This is a list of Israel Prime Ministers, in order of longevity. This list includes Prime ministers and acting Prime ministers. There are currently thirteen Prime Ministers on the list and three living Prime Ministers. The list is in descending order and is correct as of 7 December 2016.
The longest living former Prime Minister was Yitzhak Shamir, who was 96 when he died in June 2012.[1]
To account for the different number of leap days within the life of each prime minister, two measures of longevity are given. The first is the number of whole years and number of days past their last birthday that each Prime Minister lived, while the second list shows the total number of days lived by each Prime Minister, accounting for differing numbers of leap years within their respective lifespans.
