List of Belarusian football transfers winter 2013–14
This is a list of Belarusian football transfers for the 2013–14 winter transfer window by club. Only transfers of clubs in the Belarusian Premier League will be included.
The winter transfer window will open on 1 January 2014, although a few transfers may take place prior to that date. The window will close at midnight on 24 February 2014. Players without a club may join one at any time, either during or in between transfer windows.
