Kyivpastrans (Ukrainian: Київпастранс; portmanteau for Kyiv passenger transport) is the municipal company that operates most of the public transport in the Ukrainian capital Kiev.
Kyivpastrans was established on October 2, 2001 by the Kiev City Council to replace KP "Kyivelektrotrans" and the Kyiv City Territorial-Production Union of Automobile Trasnport.[3]
The company operates the city's trams and light rail, most city busses, all of the trolleybusses, and also the funicular railway. The company also sponsors the city's urban electric train, which is operated by the Ukrzaliznytsia company.
