Kyain Seikgyi Township (Burmese: ကြာအင်းဆိပ်ကြီးမြို့နယ်) is a township of Kawkareik District in the Karen State of Burma (Myanmar). It's the fourth biggest township in Karen state. The two main sub towns are Kyeikdon and Payathonsu. It is drained by the Zami, Winnyaw and the Haungtharaw rivers.[2] The basic education high schools are BEHS Kyainnseikyi, BEHS Tagundaing, BEHS Kale, BEHS Hparrpya, BEHS Anannkwinn, BEHS Kyaikdon, BEHS Azinn, BEHS Kyatkhakhyang, BEHS Thanpayar, BEHS Taungpauk and BEHS Payarthonsue. The main hospitals are Kya Inn Seikyi township public hospital,Tagundaing station hospital, Kyaikdon Sub township hospital,Phayar Tone Su sub Township Hospital.
