The Klokova Tunnel (Greek: Σήραγγα Κλόκοβας) is a tunnel under construction on the Ionia Odos motorway. It is built in order for the new motorway to bypass the Klokova mountain, which is currently traversed by the narrow Greek National Road 5. Works began in March 2015 and are due to be completed by summer 2017, almost 5 months after the projected opening of the rest of the motorway. As of 2016, the tunnel has been excavated in most of its length, much earlier that estimated.
