Joe Wicks (coach)
Joe Wicks (born September 21, 1985) is a fitness coach, TV presenter and author specialising in cooking and fitness books. His first published cookbook Lean in 15: 15-minute meals was a best-selling book in 2015, having sold over 900,000 copies.[1][2] He is a channel 4 television presenter with his own show The Body Coach.[3]
Personal life
He was born in 1986 on the 21st of September. His parents separated when he was in childhood. He attended a state school and technology college in Epsom. He went onto study sports science at St Mary's University in Twickenham.[4]
