Jim Johnston is an American television director and producer. For much of the 1980s and 1990s, he directed a number of notable television series, some of them were Miami Vice, Just the Ten of Us, Tour of Duty, JAG, Sliders and Babylon 5.
He is not to be confused with another Jim Johnston, a producer of the reality series The Real World.
