International Plaza and Bay Street is a large upscale shopping mall located in the Westshore business district of Tampa, Florida. The mall, which opened in 2001, was built to give travelers an option to shop and dine in high-class surroundings, while at the same time be able to stay near Tampa International Airport (which borders the property). In 2006, the Renaissance Hotel Tampa/International Plaza was opened on the premises, making International Plaza one of a handful of malls in the U.S. to have a hotel directly on the mall property.

The mall is anchored by the department stores Nordstrom, Dillard's, and Neiman Marcus.

Life Time Athletic and LifeSpa, premiere health and fitness club, is located near Dillard's.

Cosmetics, Oakley, PINK, Restoration Hardware, Sephora, Spanx, Sperry Top-Sider, Sunglass Hut, Tesla, Tommy Bahama, True Religion, Urban Outfitters, Victoria's Secret, Williams-Sonoma, Z Gallerie, Zara, and many more.[1]

The mall also hosts a number of higher end stores including Burberry, Coach, David Yurman, Gucci, Henri Bendel, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Montblanc, Stuart Weitzman, Swarovski, Tiffany & Co., Tory Burch, TUMI, and UNODE50.

Ocean Prime and Crate & Barrel are located at the entrance of the property from West Shore Boulevard.

Adjacent to mall itself are four corporate office towers; Corporate Center One, Two, Three, and Four. Center One was built in 1999, Center Two in 2001, and Center Three in 2004. Center Four, which encompasses 247,000 sq ft (22,900 m2) of office space, was completed in 2008. Corporate Centers One through Three are owned by Carter Property Management, Corporate Center Four by Eola Capital, while the mall itself is owned by Taubman Centers.

Bay Street

Bay Street located on the Upper Level adjacent to the Food Court, is a vibrant open-air village is filled with restaurants and nightlife open a little later for a lot of fun.

Restaurants and bars include Bar Louie, Blue Martini Brio Tuscan Grille, The Capital Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, Doc B's Fresh Kitchen, TAPS Restaurant Bar & Lounge, The Pub, and Zen Bistro Grill + Sushi. Other restaurants found inside of the mall are California Pizza Kitchen, Bazille inside Nordstrom and YO! Sushi in the Grand Court.

Restoration Hardware's four-story design gallery, RH Tampa, is the first of its kind to open in Florida located by The Capital Grille.

Section L

In 2008 International Plaza began working on a standalone project at the edge of their property along Westshore Boulevard. After many months of construction the mall opened the Bay area's first, multi-story Crate & Barrel along with upscale restaurant Ocean Prime. The tenants opened for business in May 2009 and the location was given the name Section L.
