Interpark is a South Korean online auction and shopping mall where people from all around the world buy and sell goods and services.

Items and services
Collectibles, appliances, computers, furniture, equipment, vehicles, food, tickets, clothes, jewellery and many other categories of items are listed, bought and sold through Interpark platform. Started as Korea’s first online shopping mall, Interpark has expanded its field of business and service, including tickets, online bookstore, and tour booking service.
Interpark also started to provide international service, providing service in English, Chinese, and Japanese through its global website, Global Interpark.
There are around 20 million members registered and more than 47 million product listed on Interpark platform.
By taking over IMK (I Market Korea), a B2B MRO firm, in 2011, Interpark now can cover all area of business including B2B, B2C, and C2C.
Global site
Starting October 2014, Interpark launched global version of its site, "Global Interpark". Global Interpark provides 4 different languages, Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese. Its original web domain was express.interpark.com, however, as Global Interpark renewed its website in September 2015, the domain address is now www.globalinterpark.com.
There are more than # of products listed on Global Interpark. It is also expanding and improving its service, out of which includes, maritime shipping to People’s Republic of China. Maritime shipping has decreased shipping cost. Global Interpark offers international shipping to over 230 countries. Global Interpark also offers various payment options including PayPal, Ali pay and major credit card company.
Cosmetics, Fashion, Kids, Leisure, Digital, Living, K-pop and other items are listed on the page. Items are mostly Korean brands and they are described in detail with each language(Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese).
Profit and transactions
Just like many other online open market platform, Interpark generates its income by collecting service fees from the sellers. Some items are purchased by Interpark in bulk order, and directly sold by Interpark.
The total transaction amount in year 2014 was US$545 million and the sales was US$61 million by shopping department. The online book store department’s total transaction amount was US$204 million and total sales amount was US$168 million.
