Instituto Tecnológico Córdoba (Technological Institute of Cordoba) was created jointly by the six universities located in Córdoba city, Argentina, and Cordoba Technology Cluster (comprising over 30 IT companies), aimed at promoting technological development in the region, with the objective of positioning Córdoba as a national and worldwide IT reference[1]

The main aims and purposes of ITC are:

- To act as an integrator in the university-enterprise relationship in order to develop a synergetic approach that promotes and facilitates scientific and business-related developments.

- To help and give support to IT companies so that they can work towards the highest quality in their technological development.

- To promote knowledge and investigation in the IT field and to turn them into solutions to social requirements in the educational and enterprise domains.
