"I Don't Know If It's Right" was a hit single by Evelyn "Champagne" King, her follow-up to the top-ten single "Shame". It is featured on her album Smooth Talk. It reached number 7 on the Hot Soul Singles chart and number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100.[1] On the disco chart, "I Don't Know If It's Right peaked at number 25 on the disco chart,[2] and was certified gold by the RIAA.
