Howard Arthur Bruce Gardiner (born January 3, 1944 in Bulawayo) is a former Zimbabwean first class cricketer and international umpire. He was a wicketkeeper and played for Rhodesia during the late-1960s and early-1970s. After retiring he became an umpire and debuted in an ODI between Pakistan and Sri Lanka at Singapore in 1996. He went on to umpire in 4 more ODI games as well as in a Test match at Centurion in 1998.
