Harry Chapelhow (1886 – 1957) was an English professional football outside right who played in the Football League for Manchester City.[1]
Personal life
In November 1915, during the First World War, Chapelhow enlisted in the Royal Garrison Artillery.[2] He was gassed and admitted to the Croydon War Hospital in April 1918.[2] After his discharge a month later, he was posted to the Royal Artillery Command Depot in Ripon until the Armistice.[2]
