Giuseppe De Andrea
Giuseppe De Andrea (April 4, 1930 – June 29, 2016) was an Italian-born American Roman Catholic archbishop.
Ordained to the priesthood on June 21, 1953, De Andrea worked in Kenya from 1956 to 1958. He was then incardinated into the Roman Catholic Diocese of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, in 1958, and served in parishes and other institutions for twenty years. De Andrea served in the Vatican permanent observer staff at the United States and in the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerants in 1994. In 2001, he was appointed titular archbishop of Anzio and then served as apostolic nuncio for Kuwait, Yemen, Bahrain, and the Arabian Peninsula. De Andrea retired in 2005. He died in Rome.[1][2]
