Giovanni Fidanza (Bergamo he grow up in the bourgh of Valverde, 27 September 1965) is a former Italian professional road bicycle racer. In the 1989 Giro d'Italia, Fidanza won the points classification. Fidanza also won a stage in the 1989 Tour de France. As of 2008, Fidanza is part of the technical staff of the Astana Team.
