Ghislaine Arabian (born in August 1948) is a Belgian chef, two stars at the Guide Michelin.
Early life
Ghislaine Arabian was born and raised in Croix in the department of Nord near Roubaix.[1]
Career
She is a chef specialized in French and Flemish cuisine, which influences are both featured in her dishes. From 1992 to 1998, she was chef at the Pavillon Ledoyen, the only woman having received at that time two Michelin stars.[2] In 2007, she became the owner of the restaurant Les Petites Sorcières in Paris, to transform it in a new bistro.
Television
Since 2010, she is a member of the jury in the French version of the cooking contest Top Chef.
