George Griffiths (11 April 1865 – 7 July 1918) was a Welsh amateur football inside left who played for Chirk. He won one international cap for Wales.[1]
Personal life
Griffiths worked as a miner and had eight children.[2] He also served in the Royal Welch Fusiliers.[2] He served in the Royal Army Service Corps during the First World War and was discharged in 1917, dying the following year.[2]
