Francisco Elizalde
Francisco J. Elizalde (born October 10, 1932) is a member of the International Olympic Committee representing the Philippines. He was elected by the committee in 1985, filling a post left vacant by the death of Jorge V. Vargas in 1980.[1] He was a member of the Executive board in the 2005 Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee.
