It was released in June 2004 as the first single and title track from the album Feels Like Today. It peaked at number 9 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in 2004.[1]
"Feels Like Today" was featured on the Smallville: The Metropolis Mix soundtrack. It was played during the Season 4 episode, "Run."
