Falmenta is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) northeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Verbania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 201 and an area of 16.2 square kilometres (6.3 sq mi).[1]
Falmenta borders the following municipalities: Aurano, Cannobio, Cavaglio-Spoccia, Gurro, Miazzina, Trarego Viggiona.
