Esmeralda County School District provides public education in Esmeralda County, Nevada. It is the smallest school district in Nevada. However, there are several smaller school districts in the United States, such as those in rural Montana and Alaska. In the 2004-2005 school year, the district had 65 students, 5 teachers and 3 schools. The school district also has a unique four-day school week.[1]
