Escan Tower is a mixed use approved skyscrape to be built along Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Escan Tower will cost 2 Billion AED. The tower will be 60 storeys high, 40 floors will be used as residential and 20 floors will be used for commercial purposes.The Escan Tower is slated for completion by 2011.
