Edmund Hurst (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Hurst's batting style is unknown.

Hurst made a single appearance in first-class cricket for Oxford University against the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) at Lord's in 1843.[1] In a match which the MCC won by 45 runs, Hurst opened the batting in Oxford University's first-innings, scoring 3 runs before he was dismissed by Jemmy Dean. Batting at number eight in their second-innings, he was dismissed for 7 runs by William Hillyer.[2]
