Drusus Julius Caesar (disambiguation)
Drusus Julius Caesar is the name of two men of the family Julii Caesares of gens Julia. They are also first cousins once removed.
- Drusus Julius Caesar I, son of Tiberius and Vipsania Agrippina, also known as Drusus the Younger, previously known as Nero Claudius Drusus;
- Drusus Julius Caesar II Germanicus (i.e. Drusus Caesar), son of Germanicus–Tiberius' nephew and adopted son– and Agrippina the Elder–Vipsania Agrippina's half-sister.
