Control Room: Live is an extended play by French-Canadian recording artist Avril Lavigne. It features acoustic versions of some of her biggest hits such as Girlfriend, Losing Grip and Complicated.
Lavigne performed this on a promotional tour in smaller venues. When asked about the EP, Lavigne said that she wanted it to be more down to earth and to perform at smaller venues to connect with her fans more.
During this EP, Avril's former lead guitarist and musical director Evan Taubenfeld joined her to perform songs that they wrote together.
