Clarizen, Inc. is a cloud-based project management software and collaborative work management company.[1] Its name comes from a combination of Clarity and Zen. The company was founded in 2005.
Clarizen is a cloud-based enterprise collaborative work management[2] project management Software-as-a-service (SaaS). Clarizen's features are the ability of CAD designers attach CAD drawings to a project and to move between the project view and design view and an E-mail reporting feature.[3][4]
In May 2014 Clarizen raised $35 million in a venture funding round led by Goldman Sachs & Co. The round brings the total money raised to $90 million.[5] All existing investors participated in the round, including Benchmark Capital, Carmel Ventures, DAG Ventures, Opus Capital and Vintage Investment Partners.[6]
