Cameron Roy Marchand Buchanan[2] (born September 1946) is a Scottish politician, who served as a Scottish Conservative Party Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Lothians region from 2013 to 2016.[3]
Buchanan was educated at St Edward's School & Sorbonne University.
