CallPlus
CallPlus is a New Zealand telecommunications company, parent of internet service provider Slingshot. It provides voice and data communication services to business customers. CallPlus is the fourth-largest telecommunications company in New Zealand, with revenues of over NZ$100 million (as of 2009).[1]
Annette Presley and Malcolm Dick (married at the time) founded the company in 1996.[2][3] Presley, Dick, and Martin Wylie, former company secretary of Telecom New Zealand, are the company directors.
In June 2014 the company bought internet service provider Orcon.[4]
In April 2015 the company was acquired by M2 Group[5]
