Exemption order for low-power radio stations that provide tourist information. [2]

On May 15, 2015, Tourism Red Deer has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for CKTC-FM, the rationale being that, as a low-powered tourist information station, it should not be required to hold a license.[3]
