Breaksea Point or Rhoose Point is the southernmost point of mainland Wales. Breaksea Point is at the edge of Gileston's Limpert Bay. The island of Flat Holm, part of Cardiff, is about 1 km further south). It is currently disputed which one is more southern.

Breaksea Point is located in the Vale of Glamorgan and is part of the Heritage Coast of South Wales.
