Bishwonath Upadhyaya (Nepali: विश्वनाथ उपाध्याय) (October 13, 1930 – January 30, 2014) was the Chief Justice of Nepal from 1991 to 1995. He had previously served as chairman of the 1990 constitution drafting committee.[1][2]
