Ayoola Ogundeyi Jr., better known as Ayo Jay, was born 9 August 1989[2] and he is a United States based Nigerian singer and songwriter. He currently has a record deal with One Nation and RCA an he is also known as Boy Wonder.
Life and career
Early life
Ayo Jay discovered his abilities for singing and song writing at a younger age. In 2007 after he graduated from high school in Nigeria, Ayo Jay moved to the United States to pursue a college degree in Finance and Investments at Baruch College.[3]
Music career and breakthrough single
Ayo Jay was signed to RCA in 2016. On 11 November 2015, Ayo Jay released his first single, "Your Number", under the RCA label.[4]
Breakthrough single
Ayo Jay released "Your Number" on 21 June 2013,[5] The music video for "Your Number" was shot in Atlanta City of Georgia[6] and the remix was released on July 16, 2015 featuring Fetty Wap.[7]
Recording Deal
In 2013 Ayo Jay signed his first recording deal with One Nation Record and in 2016 he got an international deal with RCA.[8]
