Aulotrachichthys pulsator, also known as the golden roughy, is a slimehead in the family Trachichthyidae. It is found in the eastern Indian Ocean around south Australia down to depths of around 25m where it lives in rock reefs.[1] It can grow to a length of 8cm.[1]
