Arsen Grigoryan (Armenian: Արսեն Գրիգորյան, born January 20, 1982) is an Armenian actor, singer and presenter. He is known for his diverse roles in cinema, theatre and TV productions.
His career started while studying at Metro Theatre Children’s Studio (1995 - 1997). From 1998 – 2002, Arsen took studies at Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema, meanwhile acting at different theatres.
In 2011 with film director Lilit Movsisyan Arsen made an experimental zero budget feature-length fiction film "Ashtray",[1] which was long discussed, praised and criticized afterwards.
In 2011 a very spontaneous shooting turned into a real success: Lilit Movsisyan and Arsen made an experimental short (staring Arsen) for “Life in a Day” Ridley Scott project. Very soon it was selected to be the opening part of the film.
From 2013 Arsen took different actors’ courses overseas, such as Anthony Meindl's Actor Workshop, The William Esper Studio (meisner technique).
Arsen became famous also through his musical creative videos, performing as a singer, director and producer. All the singles he released were awarded as hits of the year they were produced in.
