Ardgartan is a village, on the Cowal Peninsula in Argyll and Bute, Scottish Highlands. It is located on the shores of Loch Long.[1]

A youth hostel run by the Scottish Youth Hostels Association operated for 70 years in Ardgartan until it was closed in 2002.

Forest Holidays run a number of holiday cottages and log cabins in the area.[2]
